聽朋友說，PMG對于評級的紙幣都是有記錄的，送評之后，拿回來對分數(shù)不滿意，剪了之后再送，還是這個分數(shù)，于是就有人說，PMG評級評過的紙幣都是有記錄的，即使剪了從評，人家也會按之前的編號查找到的，然后直接給你按以前的分數(shù)裝盒。
到底是不是這樣，我在PMG官網(wǎng)找到了兩段話，大家可以自己判斷。
（1）Q. If a note is removed from its PMG holder and resubmitted, can I be assured of receiving the same grade?
         A. No. Once removed from its PMG holder there is no guarantee whatsoever as to what that note will grade when resubmitted. This is due to the fact that we cannot account for where that note has been, what if anything has been done to it, and for the overall subjective nature of note grading itself. In addition, the grade of a note may be affected if improperly stored and handled while in the holder.
這段話是一個提問一個回答，問的是如果一張PMG封裝過的紙幣，拿出來再去送評，是否會得到同樣的分數(shù)?；卮鹗荖O，具體解釋的原因，我英文不好，大家有興趣自己翻譯。
（2）Q. How do I resubmit a PMG certified note that I feel may be undergraded?
A. These notes should be submitted in their PMG holders through our "ReGrade" service, where you choose the cost and delivery turnaround tier for the notes you want ReGraded (ex. "ReGrade Express" 5 working days).
這段話也是一問一答。問的是如果覺得PMG 評級不理想怎么申請從評，回答是可以通過重評程序申請從評。

有的情況剪了重評能得高分，有的不變甚至變低，這里面有學問的，一般人我不告訴
